This notice covers Alderfall's public information website and inquiries sent using its contact links or contact form.

Website visits

This website does not include an analytics script, advertising tracker, or a feature that sets cookies. The hosting provider may process technical request information, such as IP addresses and server logs, to deliver and operate the website.

Contacting Alderfall

The contact links open your own email application. If you send an email, the information you choose to include is processed through email services and used to respond to your inquiry and discuss potential work. The launch contact address is william.kieffer@outlook.com.

Contact form

If your email application does not open, the website offers a short contact form. It sends your name, email address, optional company name, and message to Alderfall as an email through Microsoft Azure Communication Services, so we can reply to you. The form does not store your message on the website. Your IP address is briefly held in memory to limit repeated submissions and is not saved.

Please do not send passwords, payment card details, sensitive customer records, or confidential system exports with an initial inquiry. We can agree on an appropriate way to share project information.
